Matt Parker of @standupmaths challenged us to make a ball made of entirely hexagons, like the geometrically incorrect one on football traffic signs across the UK.
This is the “line variation” of the original "impossiball." Each line is represented as an additional panel which significantly bumped up the complexity of the ball. 197 panels come together to look like a ball that's constructed in a way that's impossible from two very specific perspectives.
This is one of the most complex balls to date, taking over a month of stitching to complete.
