How do returns work?

We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. To start the process, please email us your order number at support@12p.com.

Where do you ship from, and how long will it take for my ball to arrive?

Our products are shipped from St. Louis, Missouri, USA. Most orders will ship within 1-2 business days. Tracking information will be sent to the email used when placing the order. Domestic delivery may take 3-4 business days. International delivery may take 6-12 business days. All purchases are sent via tracked shipping services.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most international destinations. If your country is not listed, reach out to support@12p.com.

Please note that international orders outside of the US may be subject to import taxes and duties. Check with your country’s customs office for more details. The HTS code for soccer balls is 9506.62.40.80.

When will the next ball be available?

12 Pentagons aims to release limited edition drops every few months. Sign up for our email list to be the first to know about the next drop.

How many balls will be available?

The quantities of each limited edition series may vary. Once a series sells out, no additional balls will be made. When they’re gone, they’re gone.

How should I take care of my ball?

Our Grade 1 Italian leather footballs are made to last when cared for properly. The leather has a pull-up wax finish that is known for its durability. For best results, keep dry during play.

For everyday care, use a dry, clean cloth to remove dust and debris. To spot clean, gently buff out spots with water, gentle soap, and a microfiber towel. For long-term care, a natural leather protector can help prevent damage and stains, though it may affect the color. Always spot test.

Where are the balls made?

The balls are handmade by skilled artisans in Sialkot, Pakistan, the football-making capital of the world.

I missed a ball drop. Can I still buy one?

Once a ball has sold out, it’s no longer available. Be the first to know about the next drop by signing up for our email list.

Who’s behind 12 Pentagons?

12 Pentagons was founded by Jon-Paul Wheatley, also known as @jonpaulsballs across the internet.

Why are you called 12 Pentagons?

When attached edge to edge, 12 pentagons form a ball. You’ll see the 12 pentagon pattern coming up again and again in ball constructions. Our name is a way to honor that.

Where are you based?

12 Pentagons is based in St. Louis, MO, America’s first football (soccer) capital.

I’d like to collaborate on a ball. How does that work?

We’re open to collaborations with football clubs, players, fashion brands, and artists. If you're interested, email us at hello@12p.com and tell us about your idea.

Can you make me a custom ball?

We do not offer custom balls at this time but are exploring this option for the future.
