A ball that shouldn't exist - line variation.

The Impossiball Line Variation is the successor to the Impossiball, a ball made to look like it was only made of hexagons like the mathematically impossible football street signs in England.

197 panels hand-stitched to create a hexagon-only design. Hidden pentagons and distorted octagons hold the ball together. This complex project took a month to complete.

This series started as a challenge from Matt Parker of @standupmaths. Support his effort fix the inaccurate street signs and promote mathematically correct footballs by signing his petition.
